Costs for Local & International Delivery
For all products on our website, any orders over €100 include Free International Standard Postage Mail. For orders under €100, you can select either International Standard Postage (10 business days in Europe) of €15 or Courier Expedited Mail (4-6 days in Europe) at €35. These will be applied to the shopping cart of your choice.

Damages During Delivery
If you believe an item has been damaged in transit, please inform us within 5 of delivery time by contacting us here. Failure to report any damage within the specified time frame means you have accepted the state of the delivered product/s.

Out of Stock / Replacements
In the unlikely event that the item/s you order is not currently in stock, we will contact you to see if you would rather change the order to a similar item, wait for the items to be available, or cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Returns Policy

Returns are gladly accepted in exchange for other items, refunds or credit on your next orders. The return must be made within 21 days from the shipment date. The item must be unworn. Tags and packing must not be removed.

Any discounted items on sale are not eligible for refunds. However, these items may be exchanged or credited. If items chosen for exchange have a greater value kindly email us at [email protected] and we will set up a separate payment method. 

We will inspect the item closely once received and will need 7 days to process any exchanges, refunds, or credit.

For exchange, refund or credit an email is to be sent to us at [email protected] and we shall reply to you and guide you on the procedure. Postage fees/costs will not be credited, refunded nor calculated in the process.
